This policy explains how Little Bean Cafe, also named 小豆咖啡廳 / 小豆咖啡館, and this promotional website provided by Studio Bing-Huan handle data.

Local data

The game stores progress, audio and language preferences, and leaderboard caches on your device. Full game saves are not uploaded to the leaderboard, and the leaderboard does not synchronize saves across devices. No manual registration or sign-in is required.

Online leaderboards

The current version enables online leaderboards. It automatically creates a persistent anonymous player identity and uploads your cafe name and gameplay results, not only when you open the leaderboard. This includes:

• Player ID, authentication credentials (stored as a hash on the server), cafe name, and nickname.
• Game-run identifiers, business days, revenue, in-game costs, cups served, satisfaction, scores, and submission times.

This data is linked to your player ID and used to identify players, validate submissions, calculate scores, and display rankings. Cafe names and ranking results are public. Do not put your real name, contact details, or other private information in your cafe name. In-game money is fictional and is not financial-account or real payment data.

Core gameplay works offline. Offline results are queued locally and retried after reconnection. Closing the leaderboard does not stop uploads. There is currently no separate in-game switch to disable leaderboard uploads.

Service providers and connection records

Cloudflare Workers and D1 process leaderboard requests and store data. The server uses IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The platform may also retain request and error logs for service operation and troubleshooting. This promotional website uses Google Firebase Hosting, which processes connection information needed to serve web pages.

Providers may process data outside your location. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for their practices.

Website preferences, advertising, and tracking

This website remembers your language choice in browser local storage, which you can remove by clearing site data. The current game and promotional website do not integrate advertising or third-party user-behavior analytics SDKs, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. Operational logs and leaderboard data are still processed as described above.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you remove the app's data or clear browser site data. Removing local data does not delete leaderboard records already uploaded.

Leaderboard data currently has no fixed automatic expiry and remains stored to provide rankings and historical results. Retention of platform connection and error logs depends on the provider and actual service settings.

To request access, correction, deletion of leaderboard data, or an end to further processing, email the address below with your cafe name, approximate play dates, and request. We may ask for information needed to identify your records and verify the request. Do not send authentication tokens or passwords. There is currently no in-game self-service deletion feature; the developer handles requests manually. Playing online again may create new submissions, so please explain your needs when contacting us.

Contact and children's privacy

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond and handle your request. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's cafe name or gameplay data may contact us through the same channel.

本機資料

遊戲在裝置上儲存進度、音量、語言偏好及排行榜快取。完整遊戲存檔不會上傳至排行榜，也不會透過排行榜在裝置之間同步。遊戲不要求手動註冊或登入。

線上排行榜

目前版本啟用線上排行榜，會自動建立持續使用的匿名玩家識別，並上傳店名及經營成績；不只在打開排行榜時上傳。資料包括：

• 玩家 ID、用於驗證的憑證（伺服器保存其雜湊值）、店名與暱稱。
• 遊戲局次、營業日、營業額、遊戲內成本、服務杯數、滿意度、分數及提交時間。

這些資料用於辨識玩家、驗證提交、計算及顯示排名，並與同一玩家 ID 關聯。店名與排名成績會公開顯示；請勿在店名填入真實姓名、聯絡方式或其他私人資訊。遊戲金額是虛擬數值，不是金融帳戶或真實付款資料。

核心玩法可離線進行。離線成績會暫存在本機，恢復連線後重試上傳；關閉排行榜視窗不會停止上傳。目前遊戲內沒有獨立的排行榜上傳開關。

服務供應商與連線紀錄

排行榜使用 Cloudflare Workers 與 D1 處理請求及儲存資料。伺服器使用 IP 位址限制請求頻率、防止濫用；服務平台也可能保存請求與錯誤紀錄，以維護服務及排查問題。本介紹網站使用 Google Firebase Hosting，網站託管服務會處理提供網頁所需的連線資訊。

網站偏好、廣告與追蹤

本介紹網站使用瀏覽器本機儲存記住語言選擇，可透過清除網站資料移除。目前遊戲及介紹網站未整合廣告或第三方使用者行為分析 SDK，亦不以廣告目的跨其他公司的 App 或網站追蹤您。服務運作紀錄與排行榜資料仍依上述方式處理。

保存與刪除

本機資料會保留至您移除 App 資料或清除瀏覽器網站資料為止。移除本機資料不會一併刪除已上傳的排行榜紀錄。

排行榜資料目前沒有固定的自動到期刪除期限，會持續保留以提供排名及歷史成績。平台連線與錯誤紀錄的保存期間依服務供應商與實際設定而定。

如需申請查詢、更正、刪除排行榜資料，或停止後續資料處理，請寄信至下方信箱，提供店名、約略遊玩日期及請求內容。我們會視需要請您補充可辨識紀錄的資訊，以確認請求；請勿寄送驗證 token 或密碼。目前沒有遊戲內自助刪除功能，請求需由開發者人工處理。再次連線遊玩仍可能產生新提交，請在處理請求時一併說明您的需求。

若您透過電子郵件聯絡我們，您的信箱及提供的內容會用於回覆與處理請求。家長或監護人若對兒童的店名或遊戲資料有疑慮，也可透過相同方式聯絡。
